Alexia Network LLC is a startup and the parent company behind a growing portfolio of enterprise technology solutions. We are seeking a driven, full-cycle Sales & Business Development Representative to accelerate revenue across that portfolio.
Our portfolio includes Microsoft licensing and consulting, managed IT services, cybersecurity, hardware lifecycle management, domain management, Alexia Fax, and Myst Note Premium. As a representative, you will advance Myst Note Premium subscriptions alongside the enterprise portfolio, introducing a recurring-revenue consumer offering to the organizations and individuals you serve.

Alexia Fax: A New Generation of Secure Business Communications
Alexia Fax is one of Alexia Network LLC's flagship enterprise platforms. Unlike traditional fax services or internet fax providers, Alexia Fax operates on a proprietary, closed communications network developed by Alexia Network LLC. It is not connected to the legacy public telephone fax infrastructure and does not rely on conventional fax transmission networks.
Instead, Alexia Fax provides organizations with a secure environment for authenticated document exchange, protected message delivery, and controlled communications between authorized users and organizations, combining familiar document workflows with modern security, centralized administration, and enterprise-grade reliability.

The Role
Responsibilities
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through account expansion
- Generate qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships
- Convert company-provided leads into long-term client relationships
- Sell Alexia Network's complete portfolio of technology solutions, including Myst Note Premium subscriptions
- Position Microsoft solutions, Managed IT Services, and Alexia Fax as strategic business platforms
- Cross-sell complementary services that increase customer value and recurring revenue
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasts, gross profit reporting, and recurring revenue tracking
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales, revenue, and profitability goals
- Participate in structured 90-day onboarding evaluations and ongoing quarterly performance reviews

Representatives are expected to identify opportunities to build comprehensive technology solutions rather than selling individual products. Examples include:

Where appropriate, Representatives also introduce Myst Note Premium as a complementary subscription for the individuals within the organizations they serve.
Alexia Fax Growth Initiative
Alexia Fax represents one of Alexia Network's highest-priority strategic growth platforms. Because it generates recurring revenue and strengthens long-term client relationships, successful adoption will be recognized through dedicated sales incentives in addition to the standard commission structure.
